Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking

• Full payment is typically due before the start of the activity

• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by activity and booking type:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity: Full refund

• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund

• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option

Participant Requirements

For your safety and enjoyment:

Participants must be in good physical health
Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities
Participants must follow guide instructions at all times
Appropriate clothing and equipment are required
Medical conditions must be disclosed before booking

Liability and Insurance

Outdoor Artisans maintains appropriate liability insurance. However, participants engage in activities at their own risk. We recommend that participants have their own travel and activity insurance covering adventure activities in Arctic conditions.

Weather and Conditions

Activities may be modified or cancelled due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative activities, rescheduling, or full refunds as appropriate.
